What are you going to do?

You are the first point of contact for our customers – the rock in the surf, the voice of Iceworx. You help customers and partners with questions about orders, quotes and shipments. You make sure that everything runs smoothly. Behind the scenes you coordinate the logistics process with a helicopter view: from shipping to tracking, from documentation to quality control. You keep an eye on everything and keep a cool head - even with dry ice.
